1. Scope of Services

Alpha Beta Consultancy Services ("Alpha Beta") provides workforce onboarding, verification coordination, and manpower mobilisation support for industrial contractors, engineering companies, and plant operators. Alpha Beta facilitates candidate identification and structured verification; however, final trade testing, safety certification approvals, and employment decisions remain the exclusive prerogative of the appointing contractor.

2. Corporate Enquiries and Proposals

Submission of a corporate enquiry or manpower request does not create a binding deployment obligation until a formal commercial agreement and mobilization schedule are executed between the parties.

3. Verification Scope Disclaimer

Verification coordinated by Alpha Beta involves the review of government-issued identity documents, declared previous employer track records, and copies of trade certificates as agreed in the project scope. Alpha Beta makes reasonable efforts to verify supplied records but does not provide an absolute guarantee of individual employee integrity, work attendance, or on-site safety compliance, which must be overseen by site management.

4. Client Portal Use

Corporate login credentials to the client portal are confidential to the authorized entity and must not be transferred or shared with unauthorized third parties. Alpha Beta reserves the right to terminate access in the event of credential misuse or unauthorized data extraction.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of the services of Alpha Beta Consultancy Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Purba Medinipur / West Bengal, India.
